All orders are shipped from our warehouse in France.
We offer free shipping to all European Union countries on most products for orders above a certain total. There are additional costs in shipping heavy and bulky products as waders, boots and float tubes for which we would charge a nominal and applicable shipping fee from you to help us meet the additional costs.
The shipping costs calculation is done automatically at the checkout and depends on the selected products, the order total, as well as your location.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that all orders will be shipped via Colissimo France International Tracked Mail. Express or next day delivery service will not be available but can be used if necessary. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed.
Traditionally, we strive to have the product dispatched for delivery to you within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays) after confirmation of your order, and you can be assured that we will try our best to meet our goals. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. In such cases, we will ensure that the product reaches you within 15-20 days of purchase failing which your order shall be automatically cancelled and an email would be sent to you accordingly.
You could track the status of your order from the “My Account” Tab available on the Homepage of our website which shall give a personalised space to view and track all your orders with us.
In any case, email will sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the link and tracking number.
If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's website and check for your order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, contact us thereby giving your order number and we will be happy to help you.
No hiden costs
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase with Fly and Flies. The prices listed on the website are final and all-inclusive cost. The price you see on the check out page is exactly what you would pay.
Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on your location for delivery.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For customers outside European Union. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
We cannot mark a package as a "gift," please do not ask. Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.
Shipments that are returned to us as undeliverable incur a double shipment fee, which we will deduct from any refund owed to you.
International Shipment Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
