The relatively short head (11 m) concentrates more weight towards the rear, making it easier to turn heavier flies. The short front taper, combined with a slender body, allows for accurate and smooth casting of even large dry flies.
The short rear taper and loaded body enable excellent roll casts, even with heavy rigs, and facilitate line reversal at long distances.This line loads a rod as if it were one size larger than the AFFTA standard, thus offering more power without sacrificing accuracy.
