Regal® Tool Bar. When you are concentrating on tying a fly, it is so easy to lose track of your tools. After many conversations with professional tiers over a few beers, we developed the Regal toolbar. It’s great for holding small scissors and other common tools that are easily misplaced when you are focused on your work. For a small fee, we also customize the toolbars with the same colors as our vises, so you can mix and match to create a combo that works for you.
