RIO® Grand

The RIO® Grand is the perfect match for fast action fly rods. When you use this rods you need a fly line that make it work. This line is half size heavier than the AFTMA standard so the weight distributed toward the front of the line to load fast action fly rods. with the versitile taper you can cast all fly sizes without any problems.

The XS Technology used in its construction makes this line dirt-repelling and makes it smooth for better performance. On the other hand, with the SFT Technology (Super Floatation Technology) we put two layers of buoyant AgentX coating together producing the highest floating fly lines imaginable. And with the DualTone system it is easy to see how much line to strip in, where to pick up a cast, how much line can be held in the air when false casting, and when to make the final cast.
